High Design Loft Interior Design Project

The Mission

The owner had just finished building this building, bringing it from a 3-floor parking lot to a residential unit. His goal was to design a few properties with very different styles to showcase to potential buyers. He wanted a neutral but eye-catching atmosphere so that the clients could understand the potential of the space in these "special shape" properties and feel more comfortable purchasing it to move in.

The Solution

This Amazing penthouse had been on the market for quite some time without attracting the new homeowner. I decided we needed to make something spacious, not too crowded, but at the same time absolutely eye-catching to make it irresistible. I applied bright tiles to create an accent wall. I added modern furniture and mirrors to make the place look even more majestic while opting for a super minimal appearance in the bedroom. The second living room became a spacious studio/office with its own sitting area. The entire propriety became a real show stopper. Everybody who entered thought the apartment's value was way higher than what it was just a few weeks before the design.
